CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens but in the event of needing to reschedule/cancel your appointment please try to give a 48 hour notice, any cancellation made within 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. All no call no shows will be charged 50% of the service fee, and will be blocked from future bookings. Late policy: Please arrive on time to your appointment, if for any reason you think you’re going to be late, please contact 205-440-3627 ahead of time. If you’re not in the salon 10 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and will result in the 30% cancellation fee. Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds at this time, if for any reason you are unhappy with your service, you will have 7 days to contact me for a complimentary redo/touch up!
